This targeted therapy incorporates deep pressure techniques, range of motion, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and cupping which decreases pain, release fascial constrictions and improve movement.

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. This technique is highly effective for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and short to long term muscle disorders.
Relaxation Massage $175 / $240 / $350
Relaxation Massage is a gentle and soothing massage that uses light pressure to treat broad muscle groups. This massage promotes relaxation, blood circulation, relieves superficial muscle tension and eases stress. It is designed to be soothing, rejuvenating and for overall well-being.
Sports Massage $175 / $240 / $350
Sports Massage is a type of massage designed for highly active people who engage in athletics and performance activities. Engaging in sports can be traumatic on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Sports Massage enhances performance, prolongs the athlete’s career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pain and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates.
Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques (MAT)® $190 / $250
A mixture of myofascial massage and osteopathy (A system of non-invasive manipulation of the muscular skeletal system in the diagnosis and treatment of physical dysfunction). “MAT” is soothing and relaxing due to its rhythmic nature. An evidence-based approach that results in pain management and nervous system regulation. With its advanced therapeutic strategies, “MAT” relieves and corrects deteriorated patterns in the body by decreasing protective muscle guarding. This process causes the nervous system to associate new movement with “safety” instead of “pain”.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
